Welcome to DecodEd Learning!
If you are new, please choose the button to the right that best describes the learner. You will be directed to a form to provide information about yourself, your child, and your concerns or needs. After you complete the forms, you will be able to schedule an initial consultation. Initial consultations are FREE and last approximately 20 to 30 minutes. During the initial session we will talk about your goals and develop an initial plan. I will answer any questions you may have.

Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Please ensure your child has had a snack before attending any session, particularly those when assessments are being completed.
Cancellation policies
Please be courteous and provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. A charge of $25 will be assessed for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Payment policies
Payment is due before or at the beginning of each session, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card.
